Documents or files provided for the purpose of obtaining a quote will not be saved and will be deleted or destroyed in the case that you do not award us contract. Any data entrusted to us for the purpose of obtaining a quote or for doing business with us will not be passed on to third parties. This data includes, but is not limited to, company name, representative's name, contact data (e-mail address, telephone numbers, etc.).Each time a user accesses our site or requests data, information concerning this procedure is stored in a log file. This data is not personal or company-related. Therefore, we are unable to trace which user requested which data. The following data set is recorded for each access:
Name of the file accessed, date and time of access, data volume transferred, report on success of access. A description of the type of browser used, the operating system used, the search engine providing the link.
The IP address of the computer sending the request is not stored. Therefore, personal user profiles cannot be established. Stored data is only analysed on our part in order to further improve our services. Data is not forwarded to third parties, neither for commercial nor for non-commercial purposes. Our website does not use cookies. It also does not use other technologies which serve to trace the way users access the site.
All personal and company data obtained via this website will be stored and used only to facilitate individual support of your project, transmission of projects to you, and the potential proposal of services. We ensure that your information is treated according to applicable German data protection law. By sending us files by e-mail you agree to receive e-mails from us.

We maintain professional secrecy with regards to your personal or company data and the contents of projects entrusted to us. Your identity and the content of your project will remain undisclosed unless you wish otherwise or unless required by applicable law.Data Storage
Unless you explicitly request otherwise, we will keep your project on file for a minimum of one year upon completion. Should you lose your documents due to a hardware failure or some other reason during this period, or require them reissued for another reason, we will be happy to provide you with an electronic copy thereof in the format last issued to you, free of charge if you can provide us with a current e-mail address or ftp-account. This, however, cannot be construed as an obligation to maintain and provide your files for one year. We will delete your files one year after completion date.We will store your project for a longer duration if you so require.
